The Dahua NVR4208-8P-EI offers outstanding performance and high grade recording technology, which makes it ideal for IP video surveillance applications. It has a powerful processor offering high access and forwarding bandwidth and strong decoding capabilities that together produce unimpeded streams. Due to its built in AI chip and Dahua's advanced deep learning algorithms, this NVR support a variety of AI functions, such as high precision face recognition and perimeter protection

Dahua Smart Motion Detection technology can categorise the targets that trigger motion detection and filter the motion detection alarm triggered by non concerned targets to realise effective and accurate alarm.

With AI functions including Perimeter Protection, automatically filtering out false alarms caused by animals, rustling leaves and bright lights, etc this enables the system to perform secondary recognition for the targets, hence improving alarm accuracy.

Face detection is there to detect if there are any human faces appearing in the video. This technology adopts a deep learning algorithm to support face detection, tracking, optimisation and capturing and then output the best face snapshot. With Face Recognition technology this NVR extracts the features of captured faces and compares them with those in a face database to recognise a persons identity.

With SMD Plus, Dahua Smart Motion Detection technology can categorise the targets that trigger motion detection and filter the motion detection alarm triggered by non concerned targets to realise effective and accurate alarm.
