For faster delivery, we offer an express next day shipping option for a fee of £35 per order. Orders must be placed before 12 PM to qualify for next day delivery. If your order is placed after this time, it will be dispatched the following business day for delivery the next day.

•⁠ ⁠Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
•⁠ ⁠Special orders may take up to 7 business days to process.⁠ ⁠

•⁠ Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays, and we appreciate your understanding.

•⁠ ⁠Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping or delivery to remote locations or islands.

If an event requires escalation to Ruckus support, our partners will open a case on your behalf and provide you with updates on the status of the issue.

Advanced replacement is also included.
